Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

FLCO maintains a proactive posture toward regulatory compliance. Our operations and advisory services are structured to align with the laws, regulations, and standards issued by relevant Saudi authorities, including but not limited to the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and sector-specific regulatory bodies. We dedicate resources to monitoring the regulatory landscape to ensure our practices remain current. This alignment is a functional necessity, not an option, and is embedded into our project management and quality assurance processes.  

Independence & Conflict Management

Professional independence is critical to the objectivity of our advice. FLCO and its consultants are required to identify, disclose, and manage any actual or perceived conflicts of interest. This includes financial interests, personal relationships, or prior engagements that could impair judgment or create a conflict between the interests of different clients. Our formal conflict management procedures require clear disclosure to affected parties and, where necessary, the implementation of safeguards such as engagement declination, information barriers, or the reassignment of personnel to preserve the integrity and independence of our advisory role.
